Ok I just ate like a pig...totally stuffed and I still didn't make it to 1600 cals today...I barely made it over 1000 (of course I didn't add in the roasted edameme I had earlier...hmm). Also went to a wonderful Pilates/Yoga class, have the personal trainer tomorrow (and then the beach - my little treat after working out hard). I wasn't going to weigh myself, but I did and I still weigh 210 after a week of working out and changing my diet...sigh I knew the weight loss was going to be slower, but this bums me out. I'm really going to have to stop looking at that scale. I took my measurements last week, but can't find the paper I wrote them down on...duh. So I'll start fresh this week.
B = 42 W = 41 H = 43.5
So I have no idea if I went down any inches...I do remember they were all in the 40s last week...so I'm sure I didn't lose too much...lol. I know it is going to take time to get my body to be a lean, mean fat burning machine...but I'm ready now...LOL
