No visceral fat loss this month, but at least there was not fat gain! I'm happy with these numbers anyway. I know I am losing the deadly fat around my organs because of IF, and I feel great knowing that I can trust my body now without being punitive or militant. I did that for so long. It was tiring. I'm so glad to finally rest from the intensive weight loss regimes I put myself through.
Last month: September 2018 Weight 155 lbs Body Fat 38 %
This month: October 2018 Weight 156.5 lbs Body Fat 38 %
It also looks like I gained 1.5 pounds of lean mass!! There is some good research that shows that fasting boosts your Human Growth Hormone. This is most likely why I am gaining muscle mass without doing heavy exercise. I am just delighted.
