Up again and disappointed in myself for having a third slice of pizza. I did have a big debate with myself over it too. First I said I'd wait until 6:30 to see if I was still that hungry I needed to eat it. BUT about 5 min later I went and took another piece and of course it was smaller than the first two and I didn't have taco sauce with it. I should of eaten a couple of fresh tomatoes that were right there on the counter, then I wouldn't have to burn off all that pizza fat. I don't think its water weight either 'cause I didn't drink a lot of water yesterday. See here's the classic guilt trip that I could of avoided entirely.

Lol.... I can relate. I had pizza on Friday. I was able to say no to the third sliice.... But it didn't stop me from gobbling down a handful of garlic cheese fingers!
