Joining the Y this weekend. I haven't belonged to a gym for >20 yrs. We're joining so we can swim with our granddaughter (she has autism) this winter, but I'm going to at least try the treadmill & stair stepper to see how hard they are for me now lol.

You may want to ride a recumbent bike instead of the stair master/stepper. Much easier on the knees.
