Been a few days since I last logged, but things are going good! I have been so busy with work that I think I am loosing weight just by being here! LOL!! I am eating really well, in fact I am started Cycle 1 over.
Day 1 Cycle 1 today again and I am going to strive for another 2 or 3 pounds this week.....I can do it!
Breakfast: 2 egg whites and a grapefruit Meal #1: 1 cup sliced fruit, cherries, grapes and kiwi Meal #2: Veggie Salad with 2 tbsp of fat free Catalina Meal #3: 1/2 cup beans and 2 servings of corn
Work out: going to the gym today, not sure what is in store, but we will see....hoping to get in some cardio tonight after work, if the hubby is gone that is.
