I've only been drinking water for about 3 weeks, believe it or not. I literally drank ONLY Diet Coke before starting keto on 9/24. I feel so much better (mentally & physically) and have so much energy now! I occasionally miss the taste of Diet Coke with meals, but it's definitely worth it to feel 10 years younger. Our bodies are 60% water, so it's not very surprising that I'd feel like crap drinking only Diet Coke. It's toxic, plus I must have been chronically dehydrated.
