Turns out safeway chicken breasts are soaked in buttermilk (not allowed to have dairy) And the salad has sugar (no sugar) and mayo (eggs)
Still, not a bad overall day. Definitely hungry now.
Started 100 pushups/200 situps. Walked to and from work.
