Worked 12 last night. Slept 4.5 hrs. I woke up starving as usual. Instead of reaching for Halloween candy, I”’m snacking on grapes. I thought I might exercise but I’m doing laundry before heading into work early tonight. You could reason that instead of writing this I could have jumped on my exercise bike for a couple of minutes. Looking forward to the 2 challenges that I’m participating in for the next couple of months. Every little bit helps.
