That’s normal. Your body gets use to high intakes to stay strong so when you drop down it confuses your system. Give it time.

I get weak when my blood sugar drops
I find making sure I always have a short and long glucose release meal when I eat works great

MsEra it’s really hard to track. I have to taste food all day at my work. I’d say I’m just over 1000 calories.

I have trouble in my own world because I cook from scratch most of the time and often deal with having to taste everything. It adds up big time sometimes. Even though I’m not doing a weight loss program I still like to have a handle on what I am putting in my mouth
