So far so good. I know in a couple of weeks though, when the "newness" wears off from starting a healthier way of life, is when I will be really challenged. This time around though, my body is responding much quicker. Today, I had more energy with my workout, My cravings and hunger were much less and last night I didn't feel like I was starving late at night. So I think the exercise is squelching some of my cravings and hunger. This is what happened last time (two years ago), but it took much longer than a few days. And my foot pain, ironically has gotten better! (though I have also done things, stretching, heel pads for heel spurs/tenderness), but today during exercise, the pain/cramping was almost non-existent. (only lasted about 1 minute)
I know there will be good days and bad, some more challenging than others, but today was one of the good ones.
