Yes, it is by eat water, they do rice, noodles, spaghetti, penne and fettuccini, I prefer the fettuccini and penne ones, they are very filling but so low in calories I usually have the whole pack. You can buy on line from Amazon I think, or Holland and Barratt or Asda if you are in the UK.
