4 meals a day I+II only fruits (grapefruit, kiwi, apples, lemon..) III veal or fish with raw vegetables IV only watermelon no food after 7 pm min 1.7 l of fluids 1 big coffee in the morning, no sugar, w/ soy milk min 2 hours of exercise per week (I swim every 3 days for about 1h30)
