Why does today feel so crushing to my heart. I start feeling a little bit like myself and then it is like a ton of bricks hit me and it is like losing my Mama all over again. Thank God I work from home so I can sit at my computer and cry and work. Today has probably been one of the worst days I have had and I am just not quite sure why. I won't eat my feelings. I am writing that here to tell myself that I won't. Sigh.
