Okay, I have lost 40 pounds since February. I feel better, I think I look better and my family seems to notice. So, why is it that a co-worker asked me how much weight I had lost; I told her and she comes at me with " How come I can't tell"! Can you beleive that? WOW, really hurt my feelings! How should I respond to that? Any suggestions?

Cogratulations on your weight loss. I'm sure you can tell you lost weight and she's definitely jealous and rude! Don't let her comment sabotage your momentum. Let that fuel you and keep movin' towards your goal. No need to say anything to her just show her by more weight loss!

Some people just have no manners, and she's probably jealous. Don't let her discourage you, you're doing awesome. :)
I always get comments like "Why can't you order food? One day isn't going to hurt your -diet-!" or "You're already skinny, why do you even need to lose weight?"
People just don't get what their comments do to other people.

Thanks guys, your comments helped me relize that maybe she is just jelous. And your right, it does hurt ones feelings but I'm just going to use it as a means to keep going. I work for a school and am off for summer. Just wait until I get back come fall!!! Maybe then she'll recognize!
