Cimaen's Logboek, 17 sep 12

Had a slow cycle to the gym. Hernia played up when I was on the treadmill, but still managed to complete 21 mins. Had a great workout on the other machines. Had my fitness programme (cardio & weights) given to me today. I will be starting my New régime tomorrow ;).
Was also told that I have been over doing my exercise.

Feeling much much fitter & stronger.

Take it slow..we're in it for the long haul :) No sense in overdoing it if it's going to have a negative impact on your health.. recovery time is a good thing. Have a great day!
