This morning I had my usual pep talk with myself before stepping on the scale: "If it's up a little, don't freak out, it's almost that time to gain water weight, plus I may of had too much salt yesterday, plus it usually levels off after losing a couple days in a row, and if it stays steady I sould be happy!" Well I WAS happy to find I am down another 0.2 to *drumroll please* 125.8! Yes I could do without the 0.8 but at this rate I'll be there soon! Haven't seen a glimpse of 125 in over a year! I wanted to cry! I did in fact literally jump up and down! I got off the scale first though, lol. :) When you first start up a weight loss program it seems like forever before you can see visible results. Your clothes get looser but bulges are still everywhere it seems and problem areas are the last to go, which can make it hard to stay motivated. Now that I am gettin closer to my former "happy' weight range (115-120) I am seeing changes almost daily! Moments like these make it all worthwhile! i would be so happy to reach 120 during this challenge. Skinny Jeans, I am coming for you!!! You too, bikini!! ;D
