The first two weeks consisted of doing very well M-F, then not so well on the weekends. So I lost 6, then gained back 4, then lost 4 and gained back 3.
Week #3 I decided to stick with Induction but eat a larger variety of foods, adding some berries and nuts. That made it much easier to stick with! The weekend 4/18-19 will be the test of whether I can stick with this one.
