Ingredients 4tbsp coconut flour 4 tbsp. almond flour 6 tbsps sour cream 2 large egg 1 leek 1 tsp sea salt 3 large egg 6 oz feta cheese 4 tbsps butter 1/3 tbsp nutmeg (ground) 1/2 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp rosemary 4 tbsps olive oil 2 cups spinach (chopped or leaf, frozen) Directions For the crust , beat eggs with melted butter and olive oil until you get an emulsion. Add salt, rosemary, and nutmeg. Slowly add in flour (both) The consistency should be between butter and dough.
Grease 9" pie pan with butter and pat crust dough to the sides and edges of the pan. Bake @ 392F or 200C for 10 minutes
