So I just had my first major cheating session. Being around chocolate is no bueno. I think that I got it out of my system. The only thing that stinks is that if I did not cheat I would have made it the full 2 weeks on phase 1 tomorrow. Oh well, I guess that means I am switching to phase 2 ASAP! I am still keeping my goal of losing a couple of pounds before Sunday so I guess I will have to cut back my caloric intake and try harder! I have to reset my focus and think about the bigger picture-if it was only that easy.
