The Aftermath:

Two days after that crossfit workout and the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) hit me like a freight train! My lats, pectorals, shoulders, and inner thighs are significantly sore. I do not know what it is about it, but I love the feeling, sometimes crave it. I guess that is how the addiction to the gym and working starts, when you learn to appreciate the aftermath of it all.

On a side note, let this be a lesson. The workout that caused the above soreness, took only 44 minutes long - you do not need to be in the gym for hours. It can happen in under an hour so long as the intensity is matched or exceeded. I am really looking forward to trying it again, and beating my time.

It is that hurt so good feeling! I love it too. And I can't agree w/ you more- get in, kick ass, and get out! I have no patience for those that hang around. That is a nice trick you got in your pic! Thx for the request

@cindyshine Well thanks for accepting! I actually incorporate that into my workouts every so often. Took me a while to even hold it long enough for a snapshot let alone longer but I shall keep working on it.
