My sister and her family stayed with us the last couple of days. But first, I worked the Italian festival in the city. My kids met me at a restaurant--one of my favorites. I passed on my favorite shrimp salad sandwich and the yummy looking French Dip with bacon my friend had.
I split a Brie with fruit plate with my daughter. I only took an ounce of Brie and a little fruit. I also ordered a side of steamed veggies.
Very full from that, I worked. As I was driving the hour home, I munched on frozen grapes that I had in the car.
Ordered Take out Fried chicken from another local favorite restaurant for my sister's family. I only at the green salad that came with it. The bread there is so good, but I wasn't even tempted.
Isn't it strange that I have no cravings for bread, which used to be one of my favorite foods?
Today, I only ate 4 times. Sticking to the diet, but I know I am not eating enough or often enough. So Busy, it is hard to get all that food in!
