Well, Iāve been gaining because of a change in workouts - a lot of muscle gain over the past couple of months. I still succumbed to Thanksgiving like the best of us. Went to spin class this morning and sat in sauna for 15 minutes. Have to get back to recording food again - carbs got out of control I think. More protein, more water! I have already started this morning by recording my breakfast. Have a great day, all!
