loosinisfun's Logboek, 30 mei 10

goooooooooood mornin everyone...had planned on detoxing yesterday and doing two 24 hour detoxings...but just didnt work out that way...ended up going outta town for the first part of the day..and ate a salad at mcdonalds...you pick what you think would be the healthiest thing on the menu, you punch it in on your food menu here an find out later...ut oh...you should of just had a burger an enjoyed it....just seemed to be hungrier all day yesterday...so it was a challenge not to just eat anything...woke up this morning and decided i would give it another shot today...might also not go walking this morning an just spend my time on the bike to nowhere..been pushin my body pretty hard for the last several days and im just tired...lol...when i came home yesterday cut the grass again...just cut it wednesday...o well...lest its done for another 3 days...o o o o oyeah..i have a mator on my plants...its only the size of a marble..but wont be long before both plants start producing an i have to get out my shotgun an help my twin...amy to sca-daddle down the road alittle...hahahahaha....il improve her running times...lol....well...guess il get up an moving...weighed in an weight is up...to be expected after my stop at mcdees yesterday...todays plan of eating at home and lots of water...should get it back in line for a weigh in tomow or tuesday...have a great day everyone....

I'm detoxing today with a fast. It's good I live alone and there is no one to get me eating BBQ or something. I'm making potato salad and hamburgers for myself tomorrow but not on a grill. I see your up a bit lately like me - we have to get that scale down! :)

the fast is over ...but the scales isnt telling it all...im sure all the salt i didnt sprinkle on is the cause...just a few more days an im sure all the peddling i been doing will show...
