baskington's Logboek, 03 dec 18

I have not been posting my journal as I have really not been feeling well. ever since my episode with the chicken bone broth set my allergies aflame, my calves tightening up more and my other symptoms of itchy eyes etc set off every time I eat, even within my woe. to combat the calf problem I have been drinking coffee to offset the calf tightening (weird that it works) and set off my brain fog worst.


needless to say my body has been in inflammation mode and I have gained about 2.5 of fat! Really tired of testing things and paying for it. I have pretty much been back on my beef and beef fat the majority of the time. I had a more normal meal yesterday with the pan taco. not too bad on the legs. I enjoyed the hot sauce!


Today I decided since I was not really my normal starving self to see how long I could go without eating. and to test eating just fat to see how my calves and other symptoms reacted. My calves tightened up slowly but not as tight as when I have my normal high fat high protein steak. But my eyes got worst and still bother me an hour later.


Tonight I will test the steak and see how a slighter amount of fat does with the steak. I was way under my calories yesterday so eating close to my maintainance or below a little won't hurt with the excess fat gain. my glucose levels have been much lower today.


I feel better today then I have for a while until I ate. too bad I can't just fast all the time!

Sorry everything fell apart so badly so quickly, and taking so long to get straightened out. Hope you can recover to base level soon. Slow process and scary to experiment and find what works when so many things don't.

How horrible! I am sure you have tried it all...foods, stretches, heat, ice, rubs, meds. I am sorry and I hope you find a balance soon

The Epsom salt bath is a wonderful cleansing and muscle calming activity. 🙋🏻‍♀️If you don’t take magnesium you might look into adding Chelated magnesium or a magnesium Citrate supplement to your diet. Read the book, ‘The Magnesium Miracle’ by Dr. Carolyn Dean. Awful writing style, but interesting information about magnesium’s necessity to the body. Especially in clearing out toxins through the liver! Anything your body digests, and/or clears needs molecules of magnesium to do it! 💁🏻‍♀️Good luck! I have enough sensitivities and fiid allergies that I can relate!

Thanks Tom I think I have finally found one issue that may be tested and hopefully helped. my dehydration and leg tightness/potential cramp without instant liquid issue may be adrenal fatigue which in turn can be causing other issues besides. I will be talking to my doctor to find a endocrinologist for further testing. things pretty much falling into place hopefully

nothing is really working full time, I adjust my electrolytes by feeling, but these allergy or histamine hits take forever to clear out. never know when I will be hit. back to beef and water pretty much now. though I am sincerely debating a carb fest
