A group of friends and I started a group, The Biggest Losers I Know, and we challenged each other to pick a target weight that we’d like to hit in 20 weeks. We began this challenge back in August, 17 weeks ago. As of this morning I have hit my target weight and have lost 60 pounds during the challenge!!!
