Okay, did my biometric...it was not where I was hoping it would be BUT it was not where I was:
Overall Cholesterol - 217 HDL - 61 LDL - 133 Triglyceride - 113
Soooo, yea overall its higher but due to my HDL being high my risk factor is still in good range. I still need to get my LDL lower though. I do however still am determined to gain some mass so it is a tough balance here.
Also, going to try to get back to listing my workouts out not only for my own historical sake BUT maybe it will help spark creativity for others! Anyways here goes:
