Ugh, work is making me overeat! Yesterday was a birthday party and we had cake, I took half a slice, but I was still over my calorie limit. And then this morning the boss brought in Sausage Biscuits from Bo jangles to everyone. Which if I had known, I would have skipped breakfast so I would not be so darn high over my calories! AHHH!! So frustrating!! And I was just thinking to myself a couple of days ago that I should increase my calorie limit by 50, but now I'm going to keep it on the low side to compensate for overeating.

Ugh, and the weekend is coming up. Don’t get me wrong, I loooove not working, but I am constantly tempted by food when I’m at home! Darn you Kashi Go Lean CRUNCH, why must you be so delicious!?
