So today is a bad eating day for me I guess...I have been craving chocolate for a few days now and I gave in...oh well, it happens I guess. On a very happy note...I saw my cousin yesterday for the first time in about 3 months and she was like, "WOW you look amazing, what do you weigh like a buck of five?" It was the best and most exciting comment I could have ever gotten! Then today one of my co-workers asked if I was still dieting because I look great....it means so much when I hear great comments like that! To know how good I have done and to know people notice! WAHHOO!!! So my bad day of eating is just fine with me, no sweat!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

Thanks for the words of support yesterday! I just read your bio and am totally inspired. It's just what I needed at this moment. I just put the kids down for a nap and a plate full of brownies from our play date is calling my name. I think I'll have some high fiber cereal instead.

looking good! give in to the little temptations--with something like a hershey kiss or small bag of mnm's (and lots of water!) then you'll satisfy the craving and not go nuts :)
