I am STUNNED that I didn't gain more after three days in Italy, eating pasta, cheese, and dessert and drinking wine. We did do a TON of walking, though, about six hours a day, seeing the sights. Rome is gorgeous city, and would recommend it to everyone. And although I had a fantastic time, I'm really happy to be back to my vegetables and my exercise. =)
