Had my fourth weigh-in today since I started the plan. So far my weigh-ins have been -8, -2, -3, -4 for a total of 17 lbs. I only worked out twice last week so I'm surprised to shed 4 lbs. I said I thought it might still be water weight and my consultant said probably not after 4 weeks. So...bonus...it was fat! My ritual before each weigh-in is a (concerning?) journey into my deepest level of OCD. For laughs, I'll go ahead and disclose the order of things. First, I eat my JC breakfast but not the fruit/milk. Then, I work-out. Next, I shower and thoroughly dry my thick hair. I make sure to wear the same thing every week too. Then I go weigh in, and carry on with the day. This probably sounds nuts but I never realized before my trainer told me that what often causes difference between home scale and doctor's office is our clothes. A normal day's wear (without jacket or stuff in pockets) weighs 5 lbs. I've got my Jenny Craig "weigh in wardrobe" down to 1.2 lbs due to the lightweight crocs. Hey, whatever works right?
