Evil_Angel_Shay's Logboek, 02 jun 10

6 miles done, 18 miles thus far this week. Surprisingly I walked it a bit faster than I thought I had, esp w/ all the pain I was in w/ the side cramping again. It really did help to calm me down after this morning. Feeling better now. Going to have to wait to get my 35/35/35 in as there's too much going on in my house right now & my usual spot to do this is being occupied. So I'll just do them tonight when I get back home. Packed all my food for today as I'm going to spend the day w/ a friend & being w/ her is like having a loaded food gun! I'm sure she'll be offended & have nothing but crap to say about my food all day but I don't care. Perhaps if she sees me doing it more often then she'll stop making excuses for herself & kick her butt into gear. Either way, I'll be perfectly fine not eating junk food w/ her.

Btw, while I was cramping during my walk I can DEFINITELY tell the difference the sit ups are having on my abs. They are sore enough to actually constantly notice = )
