scottle's Logboek, 02 jun 10

Today I was craving some french fries in the afternoon and caved. I should've gone home and ate some pretzels instead! Then for dinner I was really craving some Thai food, Chicken Pad Thai. I ate a smaller portion than I normally would so that I could fulfill my craving while saving the extra calories along the way. As for workouts, I swam 1600yds straight during my lunch break. I think I'll go for a run after my food digests from dinner. Perhaps I'll take the 3.1 mile route since I added on more calories today than I planned. For tomorrow, I would like to swim 2400yds if I have long enough at lunch (3x200 warm-up + 12x100 on 2:00 + 8x50 sprints on 1:05 + 200 cool down).
