Sure do dread recording in my journal this morning,fell off the wagon once again.and this time I feel like it ran over me,I don't understand why I keep doing this too myself.this month the 31st will be one year I have been trying to get to my goal of 190 and I have got within 2 lbs .Well this week I have really tried to catch up on all I have been missing (not good)feel like I am doing the ole 1 step foward and 2 back, not going to make a bunch of promises.Just WATCH!!!!
