Managed to keep my will power pretty strong the whole weekend and logged almost all of what went into my mouth, give or take a few bits here and there. I had about 3/4 of a glass of wine, which was more to appease my company than because I wanted it. I even went to the gym on Saturday! That never happens! Doing really good today, except I seem to be severely UNDER my RDI. Even with adding two scoops of protein powder to a shake tonight I will still only be at a little over 1000 calories and I went to the gym tonight too.... hmmmm. May just have to leave it and say oh well.
