Evil_Angel_Shay's Logboek, 03 jun 10

It's late but I just finished my 35/35/35/. I can now do 26 sit ups w/o stopping (this is only my 3rd day in). Squats are the usual. Now it's the push ups that are killing me. At 5 it hurts, by 8 I'm shaking, 9 & 10 I can barely eek out & then I have to rest. I know that by next Mon I'll probably need to bump the sit ups & squats to 50 each, but I think push ups will probably stay at 35 for a bit. Alright, time for bed. I get to go to the gym w/ my lil sis in the morning (guest pass). I'm so excited to be able to get in 7 miles on the elliptical in just 70 mins!! Plus all the weight machines!! I think I'm as excited & anxious about going to the gym as I was as a kid the night before leaving for Disneyland!! :p

Yep, perhaps a bit too motivated as I woke up 2 hrs early!! Too much anticipation I guess, lol. But I'm definitely looking forward to going to a gym today = )
