Evil_Angel_Shay's Logboek, 03 jun 10

Just got back from the gym. It was AWESOME!! So beats walking 6 miles in the park any day of the week! I did an elliptical type machine I've never done before which was really cool, you have control over your strides so you can be climbing steps, jogging or running. I stayed at a pretty constant jog for the hour I was on, burning 654 cals & doing 4.92 miles. Not quite as high as my usual on a regular elliptical but I was definitely workin' it! I know I'm gonna be feelin' it tomorrow after all the weight lifting but it was SOOOOOOOOOO nice!! Too bad it was only a 1 time thing. It'll be back to the park manana. I'm skipping my push ups as I did other pec & bicep workouts & I don't know if I'll be able to manage them tomorrow but we shall see. If only I could get a 3 month gym membership, that's all I need till school starts . . . but I'll just have to work w/ what I got for now :D That puts me at 22.92 miles this week!!
