And the pounds and inches keep shedding off! Yes!! I love that intermittent fasting is working for me. I lost weight during the holidays, and I ate everything I wanted and as much of it as I wanted. I wish I knew about this before I wasted all those years calorie counting and "revving my metabolism" by eating every couple of hours. I'm still glad I tapped into that self-discipline, but this is waaaaay easier.

This month: January 2019 Weight 148.5 lbs Body Fat 37%
Down 3 pounds. Lost 1 inch on my waist. Lost 1 inch on my hips. And my body fat percentage went down.
My clothes are fitting like pjs. I actually slept in some jeans I bought last year when I went down to size 12. I remember buying them and being amazed that I was a size 12 again. And they fit so big now. I wonder what size I really am right now. At some point, I'll have to go shopping for clothes and find out.
