Weight's kind of bouncing around since getting back from cruise. Will see how many days it takes to stabilize. Previously, was losing about a pound or so in 6-7 days, so this "up 2 pounds, down half a pound, etc." thing is probably just my body adjusting to being back at its normal range of exercise and food intake. We ate pretty darn good while on the ship, but we DID exercise more - - there was so much to do and see.
97,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 29,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
