Today is my Mama’s first birthday in heaven. Not a day passes that I don’t think of her or miss her so much that it hurts. So many questions I have about this hysterectomy that I wish I could ask her. I will not eat my emotions. I was planning on one of her favorite dishes tonight. Texas fajitas nachos (no chips for me). However, I may still forgo the cheese and make it a fajita salad. I think she’d approve. That will keep me Whole 30 for the day.
