After a couple weeks off I'm set to make a new goal. I'm looking at getting below 210 which is a little over 5 lbs which if I'm focused I should be able to do in 2-3 weeks maybe less. I haven't decided if I'm going to startup any programs yet so I'll just do an adhoc workout routine. Looking forward to getting lighter this month!
