I'm going to try to control my weight mainly through exercise and thoughtful eating.
30 minutes on the treadmill on the 3.6 setting with a 1.5 incline. 15 minutes on the recumbent bike on the 5 setting.
No breakfast. 6 inch Subway Black Forest Ham sub w/ provolone cheese for lunch. Sliced celery, red bell peppers, and carrots w/ creamy caesar dressing for a snack.
No refined sugars (yet).
