Well, the weight isn't coming off as fast as I was hoping, but it is coming off none the less. I'm sure if I had been a little better this weekend I would have seen a bigger drop but that's what happens when your best friend turns 30. We had cupcakes.... I had lots of cupcakes.... I think I ate 3 or 4 over the course of the weekend. Ugh. But, there was no alcohol.... There was also no exersising....

I did make it to the gym yesterday, but my right sciatic nerve is pinched so the workout was on the light side.... I guess anything helps to burn off the sugar from the cupcakes this weekend!!!

Planning another gym trip after work with the fiance. Hopefully this time I will be able to get a good workout in.... my hip isn't so sure though.

Cupcakes, yum. I would have been eating them too if I had them around. Nerve pain is not fun. I have a lot of joint pain and this time of year is terrible for it with all of the weather changes. Even a light workout is better than no workout and it may actually help the pain go away faster.

Ouch I hope the pain gets better! Make sure to take it easy, try to just do light movements so you don't make it worse! In my eyes, seeing any drop after a party weekend is a success! So maybe you had too many cupcakes, you must have done a good job otherwise to avoid any gains so keep it up!

I hate when I get a pinched nerve-it totally derails my workouts. I hope you recover quickly and get back in the game!

Sorry to hear about your sciatica. I know how awful that is. From my experience, just walking would probably be the best exercise for you until your pain subsides. Take care of yourself!
