6 mile walk, 6 mile ride. W/ a 10lb weight loss I know I'll be able to go at least 3.5 mph the entire time which will make my workouts go that much faster. Knowing that a year & 1/2 ago I was doing 6 miles in 90 mins is something that I'll just keep striving to get back to. I'm going to attempt sit ups & push ups tonight. My left side abs are still a tad tender but I'm going to give it a try anyway. If it hurts too much, then I'll forego the rest of the week to give it more time to "heal". My energy high from working out has worn off. I'm getting pretty sleepy but I'm going grocery shopping w/ my lil sis to help her pick out better foods & proteins (I like that a dietician confirmed EVERYTHING I said to her & NOW she's listening to me).
I have a feeling I'll either have a late nap or a really early night b/c that I didn't have the most restful sleep. Saw Splice last night. My dear Adrian Brody was defiled in such a way that the images wouldn't leave my mind (EWWW!)! Great movie though : D
