So I finally stepped on the scale Monday and was saddened to see my weight...I mean I knew I had gained but to see it well is another thing in, and of, itself. So on Monday it was 235.4 and then on Tuesday it was 234.8 and then this morning it was 232.4 so I am very pleased with those results...even moreso since I have been sick and had to nix my exercie/ walks.
I had my soups yesterday and they were tasty. I plan on the same things today but with hot wings tonight (possibly).
I will update my weight on Saturday to Fat Secret because there is another challenge that I want to join and I am hoping it won't be a huge gain on my current challenge.
The downside of being sick and the meds.....the cough medicine will constipate. I am hoping to offset that some...I bought a stool softener to take and will take this daily. The doctor told me that I had acute bronchitis and acute laryngitis so I have to get plenty of rest and no talking.
The downside of working remotely from a home office...no sick days :( So as much as I wanted to stay in bed and sleep I was up working at 5am this morning.
Okay so here is to a day of success.
