I know that's what makes me more upset is cause I know what to do & I'll do it the first part of the day but once it hits the end of the day it's like I just want to eat, alot! Lol

Thanks for all the support & knowing I'm not alone in this struggle! I tried something new that my husband suggested was when I feel like snacking is to just chew gum & I rather take the 5 calories each time then eating something bad that has a lot more calories!

I have the same problem!! You just have to try and monitor what you eat. Just do smaller portions. When it comes to snacking, find healthier snacks that you like, lower calories then junk food, and eat that.

Drinking water before meals, and throughout the day will keep you more filled and not as hungry if you're drinking enough of it.
