Man I am so excited! Member riocaz made a suggestion for users who were having issues updating their challenge progress or having weight ticker issues and were logging into fatsecret.com to try logging in to fatsecret.co.uk. It totally works! My challenge progress is updating again! WOO HOO!

I'm also nervous about going to a 3 day conference where I'm sure they will be serving high calorie delicious foods. Hopefully I will be able to eye my portions. When I'm at home I use a food scale to measure items out.

I learned that a handful of nuts in my hand does not equal one serving of nuts... I always have to put some back. :)
