Okay so got one of my soups made yesterday and have another to make today. Was going to put it in the crockpot this morning but been a crazy morning work wise. Kind of stressed because everyone wanting something at once and the ones that I am waiting on are dragging their heels (it seems).
So taking a deep breath and having my first cup of coffee (it is now 8:30am) and I have been working since 5am.
Got a lot done yesterday...did not get my walk in. I had too much making up to do for being sick with housework and things that I needed to get done. I am hopeful for today. Saw another drop in the scale this morning so that is an added benefit to me already feeling better without the bad carbs sucking me down.
