Debinator's Logboek, 11 jun 10

Yet another standstill... I dropped my carb intake and lost again now the scale has not moved in almost a week. Guess I'll have to see what else I can tweak I could stand a few less grams of carbs, and I probably need to lower my fat intake. It's those darn avocados LOL I love 'em, but they are so high in fat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
