I looked at the Nutrition Facts, per *cup*, nothing but cauliflower, asparagus, and mushrooms in this variety: 20 cal, 4g carbs (2g fiber plus 2 grams sugar = 2g net carbs). Nice! I can taste the cheese melting over it already! Thanks for the heads-up, Ewe6916.
