missgareau's Logboek, 28 aug 07

Yesturday I was able to start my TAE BO DVD's they are hard work but definately going to work AND fast!!! Which is what i want. I didn't cheat much yestursday as far as food, but should be a little easier not to cheat now because today i plan on going to do the groceries, healthy choices :) Keeping up good with my calorie count i try to stick between 1300-1700 a day, which is not very much to me anyways, i used to eat probably double that amount. Which is scarry but true. Today i am going to get right back into those TAE BO DVD's even though im sore as hell, I don't want to waste another day :) I am giving it my all and im loving it because im starting to already see results which is very motivating for me. I went shopping a couple days ago for new work clothes for the new job, and i realised that i went down a size in my pants, im not longer a 14 i'm a 12. My goal is to be back at a 9 anything lower would be even better, but that's my goal to be back to what i used to be in. I don't eat out much at all, money isn't always there to do what you want with it anymore, so we try to eat at home as much as possible but this actually is helping me stay on track with my calorie count. Other then that, I'm not giving up no matter what anyone tells me this time, i'm doing this for ME ME ME ME ME!!
